Out with the Old, In with the New

2 Timothy 3:1-5, "But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: 2) For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3) unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, 4) traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5) having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!"

 Daniel 7:23, "The fourth beast shall be A fourth kingdom on earth, Which shall be different from all other kingdoms, And shall devour the whole earth, Trample it and break it in pieces."

There's Only One Way!

Many people around the world, a global consensus if you will, agree in some way and to some degree, that things just seem to be spiraling out of control in seemingly every aspect of our lives. It just doesn't "feel" right. It seems like every facet of the life we once knew has been taken from us without our consent and without even asking for our permission. Health and Safety. That was the catch "phrase" of the day to get the ball rolling and to catch our "attention". They pounded this phrase out until people began believing it and them. Health and Safety. You see, it's a psychological tactic to play on the emotions and to plant the proverbial seeds of "health and safety" to help more people "accept" and "comply." They know if people feel it's for the "health, safety and welfare" of themselves, their family members and people in general, it'll be easier to convince everyone to follow along, no matter the cost. It was everywhere. It still is everywhere. Billboards. Marquees. News headlines. Videos. You can't look anywhere or listen to anything that doesn't inject one or several of these phrases. And for good reason. I've talked about repetition and how it's used in brainwashing, programming and conditioning people, or a demographic group of people, so this phrase, along with some others the entire world has adopted, is a prime example of their inner workings. Once everyone, or mostly everyone, began believing these particular "mandates" were for the "greater good," they quickly moved onto other phrases. "We're all in this together." "Stay Home." "Wear a mask." "Wash your hands." "Stay 6 feet apart." "Social Distancing." "The NEW NORMAL." "GLOBAL Pandemic." "Isolation." "Quarantine." "Flattening the curve." "We'll get through this together." "Unprecedented." "Surge" "Get tested." "The ONLY protection is a vaccine." "Contagious." "It's YOUR responsibility...." "Nothing will ever be the same again." "Great Reset."

Notice a pattern? The entire world knows of those phrases. The entire world is being fed those phrases with urgency and with great speed. The entire world is being forced to "live" in and around those phrases, forced to "adjust" normal lifestyles into something out of a movie. Of course, since I'm a person of patterns and analytical, I tend to question what doesn't make sense in my minds eye. I immediately found myself assembling in my mind all of the phrases being conjured up to spread around the airwaves, around the world, and realized, very early on, there was a reason for this tactic. As the "global pandemic" continued to be pushed and traumatizing the psyches of many people unnecessarily, we then watched a sudden switch to riots and mass protests that also, and swiftly, swept the world's stage. For a time, it took the eyes and media off of the "global pandemic." Once again, the entire world was watching as rioters were destroying cities, taking over the streets, stealing, burning down community buildings that services their own, killing others and just jumping into a pandemonium chaotic mess. This spread. Rapidly. Statues were, and still are, being torn down, destroyed, and defaced. That, too, soon spread globally, although not quite as it has in our country. But you see, sleight of hand is again at play here. While the "movement" and the rioters began demanding unreasonable "accommodations," the "global pandemic" took a quick backseat. There seems to be an instigating factor somewhere behind all of this and as God always does, He will bring it to light. Nothing is hidden that will not eventually be brought to light through His revealing of the darkness. Luke 8:17, "For nothing is secret that will not be revealed, nor anything hidden that will not be known and come to light." I sense there will be others who rise up against those who are destroying the countries, the towns, the villages, the businesses, the cities, and the people. Tensions are definitely rising amongst the people from all walks of life. I believe with all of my heart, that's exactly what some people higher up, actually want to see in the end. I believe they want us fighting against eachother for them, for their agenda while they watch as the citizens destroy what our ancestors fight and died for. I have viewed several comment sections on videos I've recently watched and in the news articles I've read that show the temperature of the masses rising above boiling point. Me? I've had my moments, sure, because afterall, I'm human, filled with all kinds of emotions just like the next person. However, because I am a Christian and I know how the end plays out, my "boiling point" has dropped back down to just "warmed" and yet still manageable. I cannot act as the world acts, nor should I, as a Christian, react as the world reacts.

So while the riots were being eyed, and all rioters/protesters were being allowed to assemble without "masks and social distancing" restrictions/enforcement, and while the rest of the peaceful, LAW ABIDING citizens across the world still had to unfairly, and unjustly, adhere to those same restrictions that were being forgone specifically for one type of assembling, I began to see a few headlines here and there casually begin to mention a "surge" or a "second spike" in the "pandemic virus" cases. As the rioting and protesting slowly began to slow down and the media wasn't giving them all the attention, I knew immediately this was going to be their next move; another surge or another scare tactic. This time, I feared, the push was going to bigger, more "threatening" and would bring even more harsher restrictions, and possibly, more lockdowns. And here we are, "suddenly" facing "surges" of unprecedented proportions, or disproportionate "surges" depending on how you view it! The focus is now slowly being redirected, which is an old tool of Satan, back to the "original" crisis that started the whole world spinning out of control in the first place. You see, there's been "mention" of another "virus" creeping around in the same "country of origin" as the one we're currently fighting. This one might be mixed in with the rest and come "flu" season, well, it just won't be pretty. The thing is, it was happening while the rest of the world was being directed to the "crisis" at hand. As is my nature, I kept my eyes locked elsewhere watching for any signs of what was really going on or taking place, while still keeping watch on the "agenda" at hand. Always, ALWAYS, watch what the other hand is doing! Some of the states are slowing down the "next phase" of their reopening, some are going back into lock downs, while other states are slowly making it "mandatory" for masks to be worn everywhere outside of your home and anywhere the 6 ft social distancing "mandate" can't be adhered to. Both of these will eventually sweep the country once again and the world. I shudder to think what will happen next. I shudder to think what another "lock down" or "mandatory quarantine" will not only due to an ever increasing failing economy due to this "global pandemic" but what long term psychological effects it will have on people, and children in particular. The most vulnerable of people, they will suffer more and greater.

As I've mentioned in a few previous posts, I worked in the mental health field on the back end, and while I'm not a trained social worker, therapist, psychologist or psychiatrist, I assure you, what I learned through my tenure with that department, through experiences, through the many social workers, nurses, etc., that I worked closely with and who many became my mentors along the way, I see what can happen very quickly to the mind and to the psyche. I learned a great deal, in depth, about the mental health field in general through reading, studying and experiencing my surroundings. I've always been intrigued with the mind and its functionality since I was a very young girl so landing a job many years into my career that afforded me that experience can only be attributed to the Lord God Almighty's divine appointment. A desire of my heart. It fascinated me so I asked an abundance of questions from my co-workers, mentors and as well as all of my community contacts who all were more than willing to take some time and "teach" me. To each and every one of them, I thank them profusely because without them, I couldn't have done my job the way that I was able to, and learn more about mental health and its affects on society, without them! Anyway, I worry for those who are already struggling with mental health issues, addictions and trauma because they will suffer another emotional blow. It's difficult for all of us going through these unwitting, challenging, emotionally charged times and changes, but it is much worse, and much more challenging for those who are already on the edge. I worry about those who are suffering and not officially diagnosed because this "crisis" can ignite thoughts that are unwelcome and they can easily find "excuses" for a way out of this world! I worry about those who are already teetering on the edge because life had given them blow after blow prior to this "global pandemic and isolation." I worry about those who remained as stable as possible through this first round, but what would a second round do to them. You see, every one of us are individual and deal with things as such. Every one of us have our trigger points and our trauma to deal with. Every one of us have strengths and weaknesses and we don't really know to what extreme each of those attributes can be pushed or in which direction until we are faced with certain events, uncertain times, certain experiences, certain trials, which can be different for everyone. We all process differently. We all retain things differently. We're all effected differently. We all respond differently. We all internalize differently. So, the longer this goes on, which is now approaching 6 months in many countries that got "hit" first, the more damage it will cause the psychological makeup of a vulnerable people in a fragile society! This will also cause more health challenges as well as many will not go to the doctor, or can't go to one, or will be forbidden to go due to this "crisis" and thereby will suffer greatly up to, and including death. I'm watching as more people are beginning to see through this veil. While it's true that many still follow the mandates with arms wide open, embracing all of it, and questioning none of it, while not going outside of the main stream media for truth and a different perspective, still there are many more who are beginning to see things just aren't adding up and who are beginning to question things and who are beginning to see the inconsistencies of and from the very ones who began this whole thing. There is a "virus." There is a small need for masks for a certain portion, albeit small, of the population. There is a small need for self-quarantining. This much is true.

Seek Truth - Resist the Lies

With that said, media, the main stream media in particular, is continuing with their tried and true narrative....to only show the side of the ones who "agree" with this narrative, who are NOT in opposition, who will not question the "selected" evidence, scientific or otherwise, and who will NOT question the "reporting officials." While they stick to their narrative, across the world's news platform, at the same time, in the same breath, they are completely shutting down, closing off and refusing to speak to the overwhelming growing numbers who have since began to question all of it. Anyone who is against what they are "reporting" about the "virus" and "masks" and the impending "vaccination" are openly vilified for no other reason than being in opposition. But that's free speech, our Constitutional RIGHT to make our own decisions, come to our conclusions as to what is best for us and having the ability to actually think critically. I witnessed a "prominent" "reporter" on a very well known, high profile "news" channel, literally cut off an interview by "losing" connection right when the gentleman was beginning to speak out in opposition through his FAITH. In a snap, and with a sly grin, the "reporter" played the part to the tee. In fact, they even refused to air any doctor, nurse, epidemiologist, virologist, etc., who has concrete scientific evidence suggesting masks don't work and concrete scientific and medical expert advice and evidence suggesting the strain of this particular "virus" is not worse than the seasonal flu. It's even on the boxes of masks that can be purchased and on some bottles of disinfectant. In seeing all of this being swept under the rug, it becomes apparent that reporting is one sided going in the same direction, for the same narrative, leading the masses in the same direction with the same verbiage, while trying to get everyone to think and react the same.....control. There again, we must ask why this is the case and who benefits from it. We must ask why are only those "professionals" that are "vetted" and "approved" by the stations and "leaders" the only voices that are "chosen" to be heard and listened to when there are thousands more that are much brighter, more educated, more independent, unaffiliated with the agenda. They should be given a platform as well. When they find a platform for their voices on social media, they get censored and removed. This is not fair, unbiased and just reporting to say the least. It happens all over the world too. And isn't this just another tool of division and control? You decide. Proverbs 12:22 , "Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, But those who deal truthfully are His delight."

That's not what this post is about though. I sometimes like to preface my posts for those who are new to my writings. It gives them a perspective basis and helps in encouraging critical thinking in an age when that is the last thing the government "world leaders" want from us. How this post and subject was even conceived was actually kind of interesting. As I've talked about in previous writings, a New World Order is on its way in and is in the making right this very minute. The foundation has been laid. The leaders have met and the world headlines all agree. The building up of the New World Order has begun. Now how soon it will all come together and be implemented is only known to God Himself. Some of the mandates we are all being forced to adhere to is just a part of what's yet to come. It's setting the stage as I've mentioned in a few previous posts. We all, (by all I mainly mean the Christ believing born again Christians) can know the season by the signs and this, my dear readers, are the signs of the end of the age. Christians who know prophecy through the spoken word of our God, are instructed to watch for, and to know and understand the signs. Although it's the Christians who know the biblical outcome, and know we are to watch for the signs and the season, the non-believers all over also "sense" something dark and sinister is going on as well. It's been etched into our hearts to know and to sense when darkness is prevailing. A new world order is part of those signs as the old one will be replaced. Staying with the theme, I was having a conversation this past week and the topic turned to the world events. I began to educate on the new world order when asked. I was asked how I thought this would happen, how close I thought it was getting and I simply replied, without much thought or planning, "Well, in order to build the new world from what is currently in existence now, you first must tear down, break down, remove and replace commonalities and destroy the old world and its order piece by piece in order to accomplish that fete. You must change the ways of living, change the people and change the order much the same as you must change and destroy the appearance. Some of it has been slowly going on anyway, little by little. But now? The foundation is laid, there are Satan's minions hard at work right as we speak and they are changing and destroying the world as it was once known. So you see, it's simple, out with the old and in with the new....it's all about how Satan will replace and destroy the world's economic system, governments and leader(s)." It literally took my breath away and I spoke out loud, "Well, there's my next post for my blog. God just spoke it by using you to ask that question." I wondered why it just flowed right out of my mouth so easily and without thought. It was as though I already knew the answer and had it prepared just waiting to tell it to someone. But I really didn't. At least not in this manner and surely not in that capacity. As with anything you want to build new from something already in existence, it's true, you do have to tear it down, remove all evidence of the old, maybe keeping the structure or a part that still operates the way it's needed, then begin to replace the "broken" parts, rebuild the "perceived" rusted out parts, and replace what was once known as the old with what is "desired and designed" by that individual. That "design" isn't accepted by every living person because it's unique to that individual "architects" tastes and desires. However, there is a collective "group" in this world operating under the direction of the "god" of this world, Satan himself, that have the same end goal in sight. Their intention is to "force" compliance and to make this "new world" and it's ungodly operations, appealing to everyone. They lose in the end. God makes that very clear....But let's take this one step further....

It's a Heart Thing!

So we can see destruction and rebellion running amok all over the world. Some places are much worse than others, I agree. We collectively "sense" something isn't right with the operations of the world and what we're "permitted" to know and NOT know. And now, what we're permitted to do and not do while being under this "lockdown" "global pandemic." We can see a shift, a major shift in how lives are changing and being directed. We can see who is up front and center and what their agendas are just because when you follow the money, you know who they've been bought by and who their allegiance is pledged to, willingly. We see the shift pushing all of us towards the "same" ways and those who are in charge of that "push" don't like opposition! Well, part of a new world surely must include speech. Streamlined. Purged. Replaced. Meanings changed. Words. Phrases. I suspect, with a great deal of certainty, language speak will become streamlined, changed and censored to appease a minority of people who are screaming the loudest, who have been directed to scream the loudest by a certain other group of people large and in charge. Freedom of speech has already been compromised as it was slowly becoming that way in the past decade. But now, they will want to wipe out free speech that is once again in OPPOSITION to THEIR narrative, their ways of life, their ways of thinking and speaking and their ways of what they believe is "inclusivity." There will be words that each have several meanings, that's been used for centuries, that won't be allowed to be used anymore because they will be deemed offensive for one reason or the other. Keep in mind, when I say a minority of people, that means the majority of the REST of the population does not agree and should, for all intents and purposes rule the minority as has been the case since the dawn of time. I do not specifically mean a "race" when I say minority. I'm strictly speaking in "numbers." The majority in the numbers of people and the minority in the numbers of people. Even with the "movement" we have all witnessed, all around the globe, is not specific to a race as you look into the sea of protesters. Now, with all of the above said, I am pretty sure speech is going to change. It almost has to change if these groups, the globalists and elites, want to accomplish a New World Order, then speech will be dictated, censored and replaced in order for them to gain even more control. It's going to be a hard, huge fete to accomplish getting everyone's minds "retrained" to self-censor. Millions of  people all over the globe have, as well, noticed the censorship happening to "free speech" on all platforms across the board. More prevalent and obvious on a few big name media platforms than on others. It's quite alarming to say the least at just how many are being censored simply for not agreeing with a specific agenda, thought, idea, narrative, manufactured "facts" or following the "crowd." I know in the most recent few months, it's being ramped up exponentially at a rate I've not seen before. This shows me the wheels are in motion. They aren't hiding it either and that's even more alarming.

I listen very carefully to the words people CHOOSE to speak when they talk because it tells me all I need to know! Out of their mouths flows what's in their hearts and in their minds. It's no different with listening to the owners, creators, leaders, etc. of this new "censorship" movement. It becomes obvious to me what type of people, followers, they want living and residing side by side in this coming new world order. And I assure you, it's not any born again Christ believing Christian, nor any conservative, or anyone else who may not be a Christian but is simply patriotic and opposes the dictatorship of what is coming. They definitely don't want free thinkers or critical thinkers who question actions. I will give an example of this possible, likely, changing of speech. There was an article I read recently, although it was brief, about a town in one of our states that instituted into law, effective immediately, that a specific word cannot be used in a real estate ad to describe something everyone uses....a bedroom. The main bedroom. I am refraining from using the term here in this context because of the obvious, but it has many different meanings depending on its usage. But in the context of real estate, it's always been used for as long as I can remember and also for as long as I can remember, it's a common household term for that specific bedroom. However, due to the protesters, the "movement" and their push for "change," this state has deemed this term "racist" and is forbidding it to be used. Now you and I can all agree, it is ridiculous to start changing the "meaning" of a word, or words, as I'm sure it won't stop with this word, just to be "politically correct." In their eyes, they actually believe they are being politically correct when in reality, it's the furthest from the truth. This one move, this one heartless move, will have a ripple effect and just like a snowball rolling down a hill, it too will gain and grow massively and will destroy anything in its path. All of these little "nuggets" that have been being worked on while everyone was being distracted once again by the puppeteers, will soon come flooding our gateways....It's coming....I had said before that there is no way, no way it was mathematically possible for all of the following to be done seemingly "overnight" just for a "short time." I knew this was not going to be "temporary" as they indicated. It was clear when restaurants and grocery stores were "mass buying and installing" plastic shields at registers. No organization, corporation will spend that kind of money for just a few weeks to a month. So here's the following list, not all inclusive: executive laws, ventilators, tests, gloves, shields, state orders, mandates, makeshift hospitals being built en mass, lock downs, "upcoming vaccines" that's being produced sooner than any other vaccine in history and without human long term testing, masks being mass produced by shutting down and "restructuring" manufacturing plants, and a slew of other things. It couldn't happen like this without all of it being in some kind of a prepared state to execute all of this. It was one of those things that I looked at and thought...."if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, well, it must be a duck...."

So if you take that into consideration, then we must take into consideration also the way our speech will eventually be streamlined to try to get everyone on the same thought "board." If speech that is intended to be free speech by all means is already being censored, how much more do you think will be taken away? Let it be noted, and I will use quotes directly from the source, that the World Economic Forum president and founder, Prof. Klaus Schwab stated in the annual January 2020 Davos meeting of the top elite globalists, "unique window of opportunity." referring to our present world situation during the pandemic crisis. He also stated that we must "...build a new social contract. "We must change our mindsets and our lifestyles." Prince Charles stated in the same meeting, "climate change is a much greater danger than the c-virus pandemic" Prince Charles hoped for a "green recovery" and stating, ominously, "It’s an opportunity we’ve never had before and may never have again,....." In some of the reports coming out of the Davos meeting that's been published pretty much everywhere, he almost was seemingly considering our planet as though it was an actual person, and said, "Our activities have been damaging her immune system..." The theme of this meeting was called "The Great Reset Initiative." This initiative is with the specific objective of  "rebuilding" the whole world’s economic and social system in order to make it more "sustainable." The World Economic Forum, together with Prince Charles of England and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is responsible for this "Great Reset Initiative" which grew out of the COVID Action Platform. The recurring, and very familiar, terms in the articles via the WEForum presented in the Initiative are "green economy," "de-carbonizing," "fighting inequalities," "stakeholder capitalism," and "sustainable development goals." (as in the U.N.’s "SDGs") But you see, none of these are new or original terms or at least they aren't anything we all haven't heard something about in the past; in fact, it's actually the pandemic that has been modified and is being used as a driver for the change that is happening and will happen in the very near future. But, how exactly, you might be asking? It's going to have to be through this current global economic crash that accompanied it, thanks in part to the global lockdown! If people don't know these types of meetings are taking place and don't know to research it, then much is missed. Not their fault, but it is the fault of those globalists who don't want those types of things aired on their main stream media networks. You can read a little more about this chance to reset the global economy and changes for the new ways the meeting in January 2021 will happen by going directly to the World Economic Forum website and "searching" their site for "the great reset initiative" and "upcoming 2021 Davos meeting." Just the website alone is telling of what direction they would like the world to go.

I bring that up to be noted the term they used, "social contract to change our mindsets and our lifestyles." That's their ultimate agenda. Clearly. Satan will stop at nothing to mock our Lord! He will stop at nothing to gain the "world" and change it to fit his desires. But you see, his desires are full of destruction, lies, fear and manipulation. Satan wants destruction, chaos and a limited power to rule the "world" here on earth and it doesn't matter how he must do it he will use whomever is a willing participant. He's got his own puppets all lined up already doing his bidding. Sad and sick as it is, it's true though! Satan knows that we are God's creation and were made in His image and he wants to destroy that "image." He can't "create" anything so what he is able to do in destruction and materialistically rebuilding, he will do so. Satan's characteristics are hate, darkness, deceitful, destruction and chaos and confusion. Everything God is NOT. Even Satan knows he can't, nor will he ever be, like God! That's why I'm being so convicted to tell things as they are presented, to tell the truth about the Gospel and to tell what is coming in the future for those who reject, rejected and will continue to reject the free gift of Salvation of our Lord, Jesus Christ! I feel an urgency to speak truth into this world full of lies and agendas and destruction because I know the enemy of our souls is really working overtime to deceive and deconstruct everything around us. For those who have been caught up in this "fear" and for those who are paralyzed by its grip, it's imperative to know that fear is not of the Lord! It is of Satan! He is the author of chaos, confusion and fear. The Bible, God breathed, inerrant word of God, mentions "do not fear" 365 times....that's once a day!!! It's important that you all know that God is not the author of that fear and that He gives us a DAILY reminder not to be fearful. We all struggle with some bouts of being afraid, but that's a little different than fearing something. Fear strangles you, takes your breath away, leaves you paralyzed. Fear grips you tightly and prevents you from what you are intended to do....be free. You see, my friends and dear brothers and sisters, fear is bondage. Jesus broke those chains of bondage for you, for those who believe on Him and have been born again Christians! Fear is given to us by Satan to control us, to make us doubt, to hold us back and to keep us down. Control. Jesus wants nothing to do with that because He is FREEDOM. He is TRUTH. He is LIFE. You see, the social contract that they want to use to change our mindsets and our lifestyles is nothing more than control. It's not freedom. No matter how hard they try, they will never achieve, fully at least, their objective. Our minds are our own. We will willingly give it over to chains or bondage or we will lovingly give it over to the freedom and truth and breath of our Lord and Saviour. This is why I'm reminding you that we have a choice. Our Creator God created us each individually in His image and that includes our minds! Satan has been in opposition since he rebelled and took a third of the angels with him in his fall. Notice a similarity? Opposition. He opposes God and everything He stands for. Sound familiar? It should! 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."

Created New

Out with the old and in with the new! When people think of that they may think of New Year's Eve/Day. Leaving the old behind to bring in the new. A new that 99.99% won't adhere to anyway! Looking around at the world and the attacks on our freedoms, constitutional rights and our way of life, I fully understand this is a spiritual battle. A spiritual battle of an intensity that hasn't been revealed this way before. You see, when we are born again, we leave our "old self" behind. It dies. It's covered by the Blood of Jesus Christ who died on the Cross to pay our sin debt in full! We are given a new birth, a new eternal life, a new mind, a new heart, a new spirit and a new life in Jesus Christ. John 6:47, "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believe in Me, has eternal life." To understand what it means to be born again, one must first understand that there are TWO BIRTHS, the "first" birth is the physical birth when you are born into this world to your mother and father. In John 3:5, Jesus tells us this, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of the water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God." So when it says one must be born of the water and the Spirit, the water does NOT mean baptism as many readers think....it means the PHYSICAL birth! Many people take that out of context, whether from unbiblical teachings, lack of knowledge, or a new Christian who is still drinking milk. In any event, this is the FIRST birth. The second "birth" is the SPIRITUAL birth, which means to be born of God's Holy Spirit. Notice Jesus uses the word, "AND" when describing who can enter the Kingdom of God. We must have been born physically AND spiritually! The Bible teaches us that God CREATED mankind in His image in the form of a body, soul and spirit. Our body is the tabernacle to house our soul and spirit as found in 2 Corinthians 5:1-4, "For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. 2) For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed with our habitation which is from heaven, 3) if indeed, having been clothed, we shall not be found naked. 4) For we who are in this tent groan, being burdened, not because we want to be unclothed, but further clothed, that mortality may be swallowed up by life." Our physical body is just the shell casing to house our spirit in order to recognize each other on earth!  To be clear, we have a mind to think, a heart to feel and the will to decide. The soul. The SOUL is distinctively different than the SPIRIT! Hebrews 4:12 speaks of this by saying, "For the Word of God is living, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." Breaking this down further, animals have souls....because they have a heart to feel, a mind to think and a limited will to decide, but they do NOT have a spirit to discern spiritual matters, nor to choose right from wrong, free will in other-words. Animals were created with instinctual drives but not with free will of choice. God created man to be uniquely special, uniquely created above all other species, to have a relationship with Him. It's the spirit that makes us totally different than animals which is one of the biggest arguments for CREATION! That's a whole new subject though! Man's spirit is dead in sin when we are born, being born void of God, with an inherited sin nature from Adam. So the reason we need to be born spiritually is because we've never been spiritually born to begin with! When the Bible speaks, and teaches, about being "born again" it means just that...we were born once, physically in sin, so we need to be born "again," SPIRITUALLY in Jesus Christ, for eternal salvation. God created us in His image but He also gave us the free will of choice to decide where we want to spend eternity.....and to choose to either die once or twice, will determine just that!

So by choosing to believe in Jesus Christ and follow Him, we choose to die to ourselves and be made new! A question that plagues many unbelievers, and even some new born again Christ - believers, is “Am I good enough for Jesus to love and save me?” The answer to this proverbial question is a resounding YES! Our brokenness is the exact reason He was nailed to the Cross to shed His blood for us, to cover those sins, to make us new in His image! Without God's unconditional love and sacrifice of His only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, we would be nothing! When you receive the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, you will be making the wisest decision you'll ever make in this life. Jesus will never leave you nor forsake you, as promised in Deuteronomy 31:6, "Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you" and, if you follow His instructions, He'll make your life more meaningful than you could ever imagine! More meaningful than you could even begin to do on your own because what limited abilities we have compared to the unlimited, unimaginable and totally miraculous things of God the Father is nothing to be compared TO. It won't be easy, and in fact, it'll be a very tough journey at times, because narrow is the path, but so is life difficult without Jesus but in a much more darkened, diabolical way. The difference is that WITH Jesus, there is meaning, hope, love, joy, a future promised and eternal life to be lived out with God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Without Him, it's empty, meaningless, evil and eternal damnation which is not what God intended when He created us. John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." We have a choice though! The good news is there's a long line of godly soldiers marching ahead of you who wouldn't trade their battle scars for anything and who will be there to mentor your walk along the way too! God places those soldiers all over for many of His divine purposes, and divine appointments, and one of those purposes is to spread the gospel and witness all over the world. We're talking about a life of honor, faith, and courage. We're talking about the highest calling known to man, the call to be a good soldier of Jesus Christ! But many unbelievers fear they aren't good enough or lovable enough, or clean enough, or perfected enough, so much so that they truly believe that they must get their lives in order FIRST before coming to the Lord. This, my dear readers, is the opposite of the truth. This is how the enemy tries to work his way into the minds of others, to keep them believing the lies in order to keep them away from the Lord Jesus Christ. We come to Jesus just as we are, right where we are and who we are and THEN He will restore us with a new life! It's when we are broken the most, that we need the mercy and grace of God! It's when we are broken, bruised, torn and confused that we are in need of the Savior the most and it's when He will come into your heart and life if you repent of your sins and simply ask. He doesn't expect you to be perfect, or have your life in order. He doesn't expect you to be sinless because you AREN'T and NEVER can be because Jesus is the ONLY SINLESS one! Who better to use to witness to those who are broken than His own soldiers!

We're All Broken Vessels

His soldiers know what it's like to be broken because we are all broken and we've been on our knees crying out for the Lord! His soldiers march in unison because the Holy Spirit resides in each of them so they can witness and mentor those coming up behind them. You don't have to be perfect in your life because nobody is perfect except our Savior! If any of us waited until we had everything in order, we'd never call upon the Lord, repenting of our sins, and asking Him to be our personal Savior because our lives and ourselves would never be in order! Actually, God expects nothing of you individually as a Christian because we can't do anything without Him. It's important to note that Jesus wants us to come to Him just as we are, unclean and vulnerable with a deep desire for His truth! Jesus said in John 15:5, "I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing." He said,"nothing." A branch is no good without the vine. A branch by itself will die and become useless. God expects all believers to DENY themselves and acknowledge their need to allow Jesus Christ to work THROUGH them, just as a vine produces fruit through its branches, so too will we produce fruit through Jesus Christ. As you look around the world and the people that are full of hate, rage, destruction and unlawful, you can see that their spirit is not of Jesus Christ but instead of the destroyer himself, Satan! By simply obeying God's word a Christian serves God and glorifies Him. Jesus said in John 8:29, "And He who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him." So what can make us NEW? In 2 Corinthians 5:17 it states this clearly, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new." The Commentary "Critical and Explanatory on the Whole Bible" explains that the first word of this verse is "connected" with the words in 2 Corinthians 5:16, "Therefore, from now on, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him thus no longer." As Christ has entered on His new heavenly life...so all who are 'in Christ'...are new creatures." This is a profound statement because it means that just as the Lord has risen and been glorified, so can we partake of a glorified nature now. God's people are literally a distinct brand of people from the rest of mankind. That's why they are the only group of people, "religious" people if you will, that are persecuted all over the world! The reformer John Calvin gave clarification on this, stating, "When the prophets speak of the kingdom of Christ, they foretell that there will be a new heavens and a new earth, (Isaiah 65:17) meaning thereby, that all things will be changed for the better...As however, Christ's kingdom is spiritual, this change must take place chiefly in the Spirit." God's people have been set free from their former state of being, their former selves, and are now given a fresh, new spiritual vibrancy as they become permanent citizens of the future government of Jesus. Amen!

We have to go through the difficulties of these days and to be of good courage because we are heading into the light instead of darkness. We have not been appointed to wrath of God and reside in the Light of His Son, Jesus Christ! Part of being remade is to read the inerrant word of God! His word is rejuvenating, renewing and speaks to each of us individually! God's word is intended for all people. For thousands of years, God has communicated to millions of simple, lay people all throughout the world, in all different languages, to all different tribes, through His word. In fact, many things are hidden from the learned and clever but revealed to the merest children as spoken in Luke 10:21, "In that hour Jesus rejoiced in the Spirit and said, “I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and revealed them to babes. Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight." When we hand our lives over to the Lord, it is like a changing of the guard; a new, fresh set of eyes now guards the prize. So when we each turn the page on our life, giving it to Christ, we are holy, as Leviticus 19:2 points out, "Speak to all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘You shall be holy, for I the Lord your God am holy." and also in 1 Peter 1:16, "because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy." Something the devil sure can't give anyone! Paul tells us specifically how our lives should be different now that we have turned the page to our new life in Christ as referenced in Ephesians 2:1, "And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins.." and in Colossians 2:13, "And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses." Paul says, that prior to turning the page to the new creation God has made in us, we are blinded by the god of this age. The devil. This is how the devil works. He blinds people to the truth of God through all kinds of deception which "deadens" the hearts and minds. Don't you see this deadening taking place rapidly all around you, in every part of the world? I do! Just read the headlines in any given country’s newspapers or online papers on any given day and you will know what I am referring to. How many scandals are raging out there, involving the elected leaders of the world, our country and various provinces? We have a political system with which the devil feels right at home in because he has taken the driver's seat. It's about control. It's about fear. It's about his end game that is currently running out. That's what the devil wants is control of the world...and those who reside in it. It all boils down to a popularity contest every few years. Look at how much violence is going on all over the world and how much deprivation has replaced morality. The numerous sickening crimes against children, enough to sicken the most hardened hearts. The elite's agenda is to control, influence, manipulate and lie to the masses through the media, music, social media platforms, television and movies. Look at the tragedies taking place every second of every day and look at the wars, rumors of wars, and weather related catastrophes just to name a few. It's all going to erupt and I pray for the lost to cry out to the Lord before that time comes!

Paul writes in 2 Corinthians 2:15-16, "For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing. 16) To the one we are the aroma of death leading to death, and to the other the aroma of life leading to life. And who is sufficient for these things?"  This is cause for happiness because we are the fragrance of life for so many and this is also cause for sadness because we are the smell of death to others. Those who have not been made new....those who choose not to surrender to the Lord Jesus Christ rejecting Him and His free gift of Salvation and Truth, we are the smell of death to them. Some people really deeply hate Christians and some people really deeply hate Christ which that seems to be a viewpoint that is more the norm than the exception in this world these days. They, the globalist elites, are currently doing everything they can to persecute, condemn, denounce and make Christians out to be the problem. They want to do away with anything and everything that resembles Christianity and Jesus Christ! It can be so easy to forget how different the followers of Christ are from worldly-minded people. We live among them, work with them, generally eat the same kind of food, and engage in many of the same activities, like watching movies or going to ball games, going on vacations, raising children, and so on. But we ARE different from the worldly-minded people because we have been made new in Christ Jesus! The reality of Christ and the gospel requires a new way of evaluating people. The focal point is on how we regard, view, appraise, or value people. In other words, the true gospel changes our way of thinking which then changes our way of acting and reacting. A new seed is planted in our minds and way of thinking. What the Lord accomplished through His death and resurrection forever alters the way we look at all things, including other people. Through new eyes, with a new heart, a new mind and a new spirit! We know, as born again Christians, that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, as it is written in Ephesians 6:12, "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places." Read that slowly and let that sink in! It's very powerful and although it can be hard to understand at first, as Christians, we know it's a spiritual battle we face. What's IN an unbeliever REACTS to WHO is IN US! Christ Jesus! So you see, it's not the outwardly flesh we fight against and it's not the person. It's spirit to spirit. As I look into the eyes of the rage filled rioters spreading their vile messages and doing their vile actions, I see darkness because I see a spirit of the devil that is guiding them. They chose that spirit. They can choose the right spirit as it's never too late but again, it's a choice. 

It's hard to look at the "vessels" that are carrying out the agenda of Satan and not see the "person." I totally understand that because I'm guilty of struggling with seeing past that and reminding myself of Ephesians 6:12! It's getting more ludicrous by the moment and the lies and contradictions are growing exponentially. As a matter of fact, as I was taking a short break from this writing to peek at the headlines, I saw what I can only explain as another "narrative" taking shape. The headline read, "Study claims riots SLOW spread of C-virus." I "purposely" redacted the actual name of the "virus" because of the obvious. Now, when I read the article to make sure it was what I thought it was, I felt a knot growing in my stomach. These people are grasping at so many straws to accomplish what they set out to do that they are betting on the "communities" of people not to catch onto all of the other lies and contradictions made prior to their new claims. That's why the enemy slings so many lies out to the masses in hopes to confuse and create chaos. He hopes everyone will just forget about the previous lies so they just jump on board the train and become one of "them." It's ironic that I'm speaking of my struggles to not see the individual person and come upon this article that let me slip right back to that very struggle. I prayed for redirection but as you can see, it's a constant battle! But through Jesus, the war has already been won! When the world and everything in it, including your own life, is in total chaos, how can you find patience and rest peacefully through the that chaos? Let's see what God says about patience because He is always telling us to be patient. In fact, more often than not, we have to be taught patience through the Lord because we live in a "right now" world and need to be reminded that everything isn't at the tips of our fingers. At least not the important things!

First of all, it's the Divine implementation of the behavior of men. Galatians 5:22 reads, "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness" and that pretty much sums it up on what our behavior should resemble! The fruits of the Spirit are the best fruits to bear and patience is right in the mix! I know you all can agree that during this "crisis" we are experiencing, you can look all over and not see too much of those attributes playing out in our governments, leaders, rioters, etc., now can you? Then in Colossians 1:11 it goes right along and says, "strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy;" In order to endure any suffering, trial, tribulation or mountain climbing that we often have to do, patience is truly a virtue! Patience, or lack of it, can make or break the situation, not to mention your spiritual growth from whatever you are going through or waiting on. Before I continue, what happens when we are in such a rush to do something, call someone, go somewhere, juggle family, friends, events? We rush through all of it, only to find out that we are only able to enjoy a small portion of it! We forget sometimes how easy it is to overextend ourselves then regret it later. The Lord gave us patience in Him for a reason and as you learn it, grow in it, and apply it to your life, what a transformation! Second of all, patience is a Divine attribute, and the character of God as found in Exodus 34:6 "The Lord passed before him and proclaimed, "The Lord, the Lord, a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast lovingkindness and truth." Then again in 1 Peter 3:20, we are reminded of God's patience while He waited for the construction of the Ark by Noah, "who once were disobedient, when the patience of God kept waiting in the days of Noah, during the construction of the ark, in which a few, that is, eight persons, were brought safely through the water." I'm speaking of patience because we are living in a chaotic, lawless world right now and it is causing some very unpleasant, unwanted events, emotions and reactions all throughout the lands. We must hang on tightly to the ONLY rope of Hope we have in Jesus and be patient for His return! He has everything under control and we can't change any of that so it's important that we do His will while we're here and present the world with the attributes of the behaviors above! It's hard. It's frustrating. It's sometimes unbearable. But, nothing compares to Jesus being beaten beyond anything we could ever endure, shedding His blood for our sins and enduring that kind of hate and pain for us, so we can have eternal life with Him! He is in control.

Patience is extremely hard to get a hold of, but when you do, you are better equipped in the next chaotic mess to wait on the Lord, for His provisions, for His guidance and for His direction. He always waits on US.....what makes it hard for us to wait on HIM? Our sin nature and our desire to have immediate satisfaction rather than delay it for the LASTING kind! Look how things changed swiftly when all of the diversions of the life we once knew had been removed! Entertainment changed and was simplified. Families grew a little closer because they spent QUALITY time together. Marriages grew stronger. In fact, I even saw a report that people saved money because they weren't spending it on insignificant "things" any longer. At least those who were still blessed to have remained working. Even through this chaotic mess, through the lies, through the rage, God shines His Light on the darkness and good is always found! Every day we are faced with some kind of annoyance, irritation, complaint or provocation and are constantly having our patience tested by either people or situations, or both. It's much easier, and a lot less stressful, to be patient while dealing with whatever/whoever it is we are confronted with, than to put the cart before the horse. Every single time we try to jump ahead of God, we fumble the ball, we foul it, strike out and eventually lose the game. Which, in turn causes us more irritation and provocation than had we just dealt with it the way God wanted us to in the first place! It's like waiting for that perfect sunrise....you sit and watch, slowly seeing the changing of colors. You then see the tip of the sun kiss the horizon and you know there's more to come, the anticipation is building....patience allows you to make it through the entire process to fully witness the rising of the sun in it's totality! The satisfaction you get when you know you took all the right steps to witness something so wonderful is the same feeling magnified when you have patience in your life....and waiting on the Lord.

In closing, the old ways, the old life, the old world is changing rapidly. The old ways are being thrown out the door and the new is on its way in to replace it for a specified time that is allotted by our Creator. A new world is coming together and the "leaders" are scheming. They are flying by the seat of the pants, if you will, trying everything out to see what works and what doesn't. That's the humorous thing to me is that Satan still can't get it right! He still has to fumble, fiddle and redo until he THINKS it's working. Our Creator IS PERFECTION and doesn't need to keep doing something over and over to get it "right." It IS RIGHT! All of this is spiritually heavy to me and it bothers me to watch the suffering! It hurts to see it but it hurts worse for the lost and knowing they are falling in line with the enemy. I know the Lord is being revealed to people through this time and I continue to pray for the eyes to see Him, for ears to hear Him and for their hearts to search for Him! I continue to pray for their "old" person to be "out" and their "new" person to be "in" as they seek and find Jesus Christ!!! The old ways might be going away and being replaced with some new ways, but it won't be forever because Satan loses this fight in the end! Seek His face! He's waiting for those who are lost and will leave the 99 to find the 1 to bring back to His flock! Don't stay lost! Jesus Christ is the WAY, the TRUTH and the LIFE!!!

We are renewed though Christ! Isaiah 42:9 says, "Behold, the former things have come to pass,
And new things I declare; Before they spring forth I tell you of them."

The old has gone. The new has come.
