When His Light Shines on the Darkness

I see a lot of darkness in the eyes of the people that pass through my office. I hear the dark words coming out of their mouths as they begin to tell me their stories. Some problems they have created by their bad choices, while others just can't seem to get a break. Everyday there seems to be more and more violence creeping into our society to the point that many people are becoming numb by the mention of evil. Numbing the human instinct to feel real emotions and have compassion for mankind. It seems to be gone. Or hidden very well. Jesus doesn't orchestrate this evil nor does He want to see this happen to His children. He wants us to be His LIGHT! In Matthew 5:14-16, “(v14) You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. (v15) Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. (v16) Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven."

We are now officially living in a "culture of death" society. By that, I mean, the average person is obsessed with death, dying or the illusion of it. The media finds a newsworthy story, blasts it all over the headlines and neglects to not only eliminate all the facts, but to play on the emotions and the agenda of certain groups. The media makes these most recent tragedies out to be much more like a competition than to call it what it is....evil! Quite honestly, if one seriously takes a few minutes to compare the Sandy Hook incident with the Colorado Theater and the other seemingly “ritualistic” events, they all appear to have one thing in common, the “shooters” were dazed, unfeeling, almost catatonic and robot like and definitely not normal. Almost like they were being programmed to do these heinous things. But when you look at just the evidence alone, the ages of the men at the time of the crimes and how meticulously PLANNED out each event was, it's hard to believe it was just a random thing. It went deeper than just the surface of what we, the audience, were “permitted” to know.

Test All Things

In the Sandy Hook incident, in the very beginning, many newscasters mentioned a second shooter that was being chased into a wooded area. In those first hours that followed, several news sources mentioned the arrest of a possible second shooter. These sources confirmed the arrest of an adult male wearing camouflage pants who fled into the woods right after the shooting. However, after the first few hours or so of coverage, there was not another word mentioned about this man ever again. No information about this individual has ever been reported by the mass media. Who was he? Was he another shooter or an assistant? If he had nothing to do with the shooting, why was he chased into the woods and why didn't we hear from him again? How come no cameras caught his face? Then suddenly dead air on the 2^nd shooter. We are told in the scriptures to seek the truth...and through the lies of Satan, and his defeated agenda, Jesus shines brightly and His light guides the way to the Truth! In 1 Thessalonians 5:19-22 it says, "(v19) Do not quench the Spirit. (v20) Do not despise prophecies. (v21) Test all things; hold fast what is good. (v22) Abstain from every form of evil."

Also what hadn't been connected yet in these unfolding puzzles was how Sandy Hook is surrounded by strange synchronicities. These same “coincidences” that appear to connect and surround Sandy Hook and The Colorado Dark Knight Rises theater shooting. For example, there are several articles across the web that mentions the words “Sandy Hook” are seen on a map during the movie “The Dark Knight Rises” with pictures of those instances to accompany the statements. In the movie, the Sandy Hook island holds the Gotham stadium that super-villain Bane demolishes. A little further investigation into these synchronicities, you will uncover an even stranger fact; there was a promotional kit sent out to influential media industry individuals that contained two items: A t-shirt and the map of Gotham City as seen in the movie.

This promo kit contained a t-shirt featuring Bane and the words “Fire Rises” along with a map of Gotham City including an island named Sandy Hook. You can find the screen capture taken from www.FirstShowing.net. On the map, we can clearly read that “Sandy Hook” is a “strike zone.” The Sandy Hook shooting also has an odd relationship to the movie “The Hunger Games.” As stated in the article “The Hunger Games”: A Glimpse at the Future?, the movie basically portrays the ritual killing of young people taken from the masses in order to amuse and to appease the elite. A strange fact: the author of the story, Suzanne Collins, resides in Newtown, Connecticut. All of these “ritualistic” murders are carried out way too meticulously and too professionally done to be carried out by amateurs. These all seem to be orchestrated and connected somehow. What all of this does to us is hold us captive to the wiles of the enemy and the agenda of Satan. These horrific crimes against all of the innocent people caught in the crossfire of insanity and possession are part of the plan to take away rights, to change our Constitution and Bill of Rights and to force the world to live in a “Videodome” if you will! Whether they realize it or not, the masses are participants in these rituals, as all of the collective shock, sadness, anger and disbelief emanates out of every household in America, and the rest of the world, unsuspectingly giving more power to these rituals while amplifying their impact on the world. America, and the world, will never be the same!

Psalm 18:28

But in the midst of all the darkness, evil, and heaviness permeating society, one can always see a shining light somewhere in the chaos of it all! From a kind gesture, a hug, a touch, a prayer or support, His Light will shine through. People still FEEL. People still CARE. People still LOVE. That, my dear readers, is NOT newsworthy. I find it appalling and sad because the only news being seared into our minds are those that are driven by the devil. While I see a lot of the darkness and evil, I don't focus on it because I don't want to lose sight of the Light that could be shining in unsuspecting places. In every bad situation, in every dark corner, and in every unexplained situation, there is always His light to guide us, illuminate us for His glory and shine above all else. I know the Light inside of me is the Light of our Lord Jesus Christ and I have been witness to it shining brightly in the darkest recesses of the minds and lives of others.

God's Night light

It's when His light shines on the darkness that unbelievers see the clearest and take notice the calling of the Lord! His Light seems to shine the brightest and sparkle the most when it's shining in the dark. Think about a street light for a moment. On an ordinary day, that street light wouldn't be bright at all. Hardly noticeable in fact. The light would blend in nicely with the daylight, against the sky. However, take that same street light and add a cloudy day. No sun peeking out from behind the clouds. Just a gray background and the lit street light. You can drive by and see it because you are able to notice it a little easier than on a clear bright day. Now, on a pitch black night, drive by that same street light and see how bright it shines! See how it illuminates the street beneath it, and all the surrounding areas. Although it's the same intensity and wattage as it was when viewing it in the day light, it's shining so much brighter because it's shining in the darkness! That's how God's light sometimes shines in the lives of others. Because they tend to see it more clearly when they are facing their darkest hours.

In closing, know that the Lord God is waiting for you to hear His knock and answer His call! He wants to give you peace and eternal life with Him and all of His children! In these last days, in these dark days, know that it's His light that will always shine the brightest and conquer all! Lean on His knowledge and strength and He will guide your ways! In 1 Thessalonians 5:1-11, we are told these wonderful words, "(v1) But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you. (v2) For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. (v3) For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. (v4) But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. (v5) You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. (v6) Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober. (v7) For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk are drunk at night. (v8) But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation. (v9) For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, (v10) who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him. (v11) Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing." Then in 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24, "(v23) Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. (v24) He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it."
